Which Payment Methods are Accepted?
Tickets can be purchased online with VISA and MasterCard. Tickets purchased at the office or at events can also be purchased with Debit.
Can I Buy My Tickets in Person?
Tickets can be purchased in-person, by cash or debit, at the Foundation’s office.

Help! – I Cannot Access the Site To Make My Purchase
In order to purchase tickets online, the website is required to know your location. Customers must be located within Ontario at the time of purchase. If you are unable to access the site it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- You declined the website request to access your location
- Your device location settings are permanently disabled
- You are located outside of Ontario, and unfortunately therefore not able to purchase tickets
Please ensure the following:
- Customers device settings have Location Services enabled
- Customer allows the website to access their location
- If the issues persist, try closing the website, clear your browser caches, and try visiting the site again
My Permanent Residence is not Ontario, but I am in the province visiting – can I purchase a ticket?
Yes! Per our Rules of Play, ticket purchasers must be in the province of Ontario at the time of purchase, and be 18 years of age or older. Please ensure that you have your location services enabled on your device to confirm your location when making your purchase.
Help! - My Transaction Did Not Process
If you’ve received an error at the end of your purchase and the message indicates ‘Error 4’, there was an issue processing your payment. The most common causes include:
- Billing information doesn’t match what the creditor has on file
- Payment method used is not an acceptable form of payment
- Creditor declined the transaction due to NSF or suspicious transaction

How Do I Get My Tickets?
Tickets will be automatically delivered to the email address you provide when you make your purchase. Please check your junk mail and spam folders, tickets can sometimes be filtered due to strict filters. Tickets are delivered via noreply@ascendfs.com. Please add this email address to your email contacts to avoid future emails landing in your junk and spam filters.

Thank you for your purchase! Sometimes mailboxes can store your ticket in a junk or spam folder. Please ensure that you’ve checked these folders for your ticket. If your ticket is nowhere to be found please send the following information associated with your purchase to foundation@hhhs.ca and we will resend your ticket(s) to you.
- First and last name
- Date of purchase
- Number of tickets purchased
- Email address
How Do I Know If I Have Won?
Our prize draws are conducted on the dates and times indicated in our Rules of Play. The winning ticket number will be selected by the Random Number Generation (RNG) system from all raffle numbers sold for that month’s draw. Please remember that each month is a new 50/50 draw event, and you must have purchased a ticket for the current draw event period to be eligible. Winners will be contacted directly by Foundation staff, and the winning number will be posted on the website www.hhhsf5050.ca.
Can I buy Split the Pot Lottery tickets at the Foundation Office?
Split the Pot is an entirely online lottery and the Foundation Office team are more than happy to help you navigate the website. Noting that, all ticket purchases must be done through the splitthepot.ca website.
