Memorial Gifts

A memorial donation to HHHS Foundation will benefit the hospital and health care facilities for years to come.

The name of the deceased will be published in the "Book of Honour" located on the "Donors of Distinction Walls" in the main lobbies of our facilities.

HHHS Foundation will send a letter notifying the family of your gift and, if you wish, we can send a card to the family with a personal note.

In Memory Program - Selecting HHHS Foundation as your choice for memorial donations to honour your departed loved one can provide ongoing necessary capital equipment and improvements for health services in the Haliburton Highlands.

Memorial donations received totaling $1,500 or more will provide an opportunity to honour your loved one on the In Memory Wall, located within the Acute Care area of the HHHS Haliburton Hospital Site. Contact us for further information.
